YOUTH K-8TH GRADE RAMBOX SCHEDULES  & IMPORTANT INFO

Please, Please, Please look carefully for your specific grade, day (Sat or Sun or both) and the times.  Players must wear sneakers only, full equipment (including mouth guards), no long poles only short sticks and no water or drink of any type on the gym floors.  Please remember NCLA is a guest of NCHS so please treat the facility appropriately.  When there is inclement weather please have the boys wear boots or something and change into their sneakers when at the HS so we keep the floors as safe and neat as possible. Door from either side of the athletic complex part of the HS should be open.

Rules

• All Players must wear all equipment (Helmets, Shoulder Pads, Arm Pads, Gloves, Mouth Guards, etc) 
• No Contact (no hitting, no slashing, etc)
• All players should arrive 15 minutes early, we would like to start each session exactly on time.
• No Food in the gyms
• Please bring your own pinnie.  We do not provide pinnies.  If you do not have pinnie, we do have a few extras we can loan you for the RamBox sessions.
• After each session, NOTHING should be left in hallways or the gym.  Please clean up and don't leave a mess. 
• All equipment bags should be placed against the walls in the Athletic Complex lobby. Please leave pathways for people to walk around the lobby.

7^th / 8^th Grade Winter Box Lacrosse RAMbox
For the 6^th straight year, the NCLA is pleased to offer box lacrosse RAMbox for 7^th / 8th grade lacrosse players (New Canaan Residents only).  The program will consist of (1) session, 90 minute session on Saturdays, which will be run by NCHS Coaches Buzzeo, Koshansky, Rushton and Guest Coaches

Format:  45 minutes of drill instruction, 45 minutes of game play;

Location: NCHS Main Gym

Time:  Saturday 4:00 – 5:30pm

Dates:  7 Weekends – Jan 7^th, Jan 14^th, Jan 21^st, Jan 28^th, Feb 4^th, Feb 11^th, Feb 25^th

Cost: $195

6th Grade Winter Box Lacrosse RAMbox
For the 6^th straight year, the NCLA is pleased to offer box lacrosse RAMbox for 6th grade lacrosse players (New Canaan Residents only).  The program will consist of (1) session, 90 minutes on Sundays,  which will be run by NCHS Coaches Buzzeo, Koshansky, Rushton, and Guest Coaches

Format:  Saturdays will be 45 minutes of drills, 45 minutes of game play.  

Location: NCHS AUX Gym & Main Gym

Times:  9:30 – 10:45am

Dates:  7 Weekends – Jan 8^th, Jan 15^th, Jan 22^nd, Jan 29^th, Feb 5^th, Feb 12^th, Feb 26^th

Cost: $195

Format:   45 minutes of Drills, 30 minutes of game play

Location: Saturdays - NCHS AUX Gym

Times:  4:15 – 5:30pm

Dates:  7 Weekends - Jan 7^th, Jan 14^th, Jan 21^st, Jan 28^th, Feb 4^th, Feb 11^th, Feb 25^th

K / 1^st / 2^nd Grade Winter Box Lacrosse RAMbox Over the past 6 years, the NCLA has offered Rambox for grades 4^th – 12^th.  Last year, the NCLA offered clinics for K / 1^st / 2nd grade for the first time.  We received a lot of great positive feedback, so we are continuing the box lacrosse clinics for K / 1^st / 2^nd on Sundays at a NEW TIME (New Canaan Residents only).   The program will consist of (1) 60 minute session on Sundays, which will be run by NCHS Coaches Buzzeo, Koshansky, Rushton, and Guest Coaches

Format:  Players will have 30 min of drill instruction, 30 min of game play

Location: NCHS Aux Gym

Times: Sundays 11:00 – 12:00noon

Dates:  7 Weekends - Jan 8^th, Jan 15^th, Jan 22^nd, Jan 29^th, Feb 5^th, Feb 12^th, Feb 26^th

Cost: $150
